Estate Planning


Estate (legal life) planning  is your obligation to your family and loved-ones (a) if you become disabled or incapacitated during life, and (b) when you die. It is not for just the rich, famous, and elderly.  Every responsible (competent) adult who is eighteen (18) years of age and order, should make a "plan", or update and outdated one based on the changes in family circumstances, and in the law. It tells your survivors that you really care about their well-being, even when you cannot be there to help, assist, guide, protect them because of disability or incapacity,  and death.
